🇳🇱 Medische Noodkaart – Samen samengesteld, vaste kaartprijs
Een persoonlijke medische noodkaart die samen met jou wordt samengesteld en standaard aan beide zijden wordt bedrukt voor één vaste basisprijs.
De kaart is bedoeld voor situaties waarin jij tijdelijk niet of onvoldoende kunt reageren, communiceren of uitleggen wat je nodig hebt. Omstanders, hulpverleners of andere betrokkenen kunnen op de kaart snel lezen welke benadering of instructies in jouw situatie belangrijk zijn.
De kaart is niet gekoppeld aan één specifieke aandoening of doelgroep. Hij kan bijvoorbeeld worden samengesteld voor medische aandoeningen, cognitieve beperkingen, dementie, epilepsie, neurodiversiteit, angst- of stressreacties, onzichtbare beperkingen of andere situaties waarin duidelijke communicatie belangrijk kan zijn.
Met of zonder assistentiehond.
Samenstelling in overleg
Geen standaardtekst die je zelf in een paar vakjes moet zien te passen. We kijken samen welke informatie voor jouw situatie daadwerkelijk belangrijk is.
Samen bepalen we onder andere:
* de tekst en instructies
* welke informatie op de voorzijde komt
* welke informatie op de achterzijde komt
* welke informatie prioriteit moet krijgen
* welke symbolen of aanduidingen passend zijn
* hoe de informatie zo rustig, duidelijk en praktisch mogelijk wordt weergegeven
De voor- én achterzijde zijn standaard inbegrepen in de basisprijs.
Materiaal
De medische noodkaart wordt uitgevoerd in aluminium.
We hebben bewust gekozen om de kaart alleen nog in aluminium aan te bieden, omdat dit materiaal bij onze productie een mooiere en scherpere printkwaliteit geeft.
Daarnaast is aluminium stevig, duurzaam en waterbestendig en daardoor zeer geschikt voor een kaart die dagelijks meegenomen kan worden.
📏 Formaat: ca. 8,5 × 5,5 cm – ongeveer creditcardformaat.
Bevestiging & accessoires
Je kiest zelf hoe je de kaart wilt meenemen, dragen of bevestigen.
De beschikbare bevestigingsmogelijkheden en eventuele meerprijzen worden automatisch zichtbaar zodra je een optie selecteert.
Voor sommige bevestigingsmethoden is een extra afwerking nodig, bijvoorbeeld een metalen ring. Kies je voor een pashouder, dan is deze extra afwerking niet nodig.
💡 De totaalprijs past zich automatisch aan op basis van de gekozen bevestiging en/of accessoires.

De basisprijs omvat niet alleen de fysieke kaart, maar ook de persoonlijke afstemming, het samenstellen van de informatie, het ontwerp, de dubbelzijdige bedrukking, productie en kwaliteitscontrole.
Eventuele meerprijzen hebben uitsluitend betrekking op gekozen bevestigingsmogelijkheden, extra afwerking of accessoires en worden duidelijk weergegeven bij het selecteren van de opties.

A personalised medical emergency card that is created together with you and printed on both sides for one fixed base price.
The card is designed for situations in which you are temporarily unable, or not sufficiently able, to respond, communicate or explain what you need. It allows bystanders, professionals or others involved to quickly see which approach or instructions are important in your particular situation.
The card is not limited to one specific medical condition or target group. It can, for example, be created for medical conditions, cognitive impairments, dementia, epilepsy, neurodivergence, anxiety or stress responses, invisible disabilities or other situations in which clear communication may be important.
With or without an assistance dog.
Created together with you
This is not a standard card where you simply have to fit your information into a few predefined boxes. Together, we determine which information is actually important for your situation.
Together we determine, among other things:
* the text and instructions
* which information appears on the front
* which information appears on the back
* which information should be given priority
* which symbols or indications are appropriate
* how the information can be presented as calmly, clearly and practically as possible
Both the front and back are included in the standard base price.
Material
The medical emergency card is made from aluminium.
We have deliberately chosen to offer the card exclusively in aluminium, as this material provides a sharper and higher-quality print result with our production process.
Aluminium is also strong, durable and water-resistant, making it particularly suitable for a card that may be carried every day.
