Deze kaart is bedoeld voor situaties waarin jij (tijdelijk) niet kunt reageren en omstanders duidelijke, passende instructies nodig hebben — ongeacht aandoening, beperking of hulpmiddel.
Geschikt voor uiteenlopende situaties zoals medische aandoeningen, cognitieve beperkingen, dementie, epilepsie, neurodiversiteit, angst- of stressreacties en andere onzichtbare beperkingen. Met of zonder assistentiehond.
Samenstelling in overleg
Bij dit product bepaal je samen met ons:
•de tekst en instructies
•de voor- en achterzijde (beide inbegrepen in de basisprijs)
•het materiaal (aluminium of PVC)
Bevestiging & accessoires
Je kiest zelf hoe je de kaart wilt dragen of bevestigen.
De beschikbare opties en eventuele meerprijzen worden automatisch zichtbaar zodra je een keuze aanklikt.
Voor sommige bevestigingsmethoden is een extra afwerking nodig (zoals een metalen ring).
Kies je een pashouder, dan is deze extra afwerking niet nodig.

Eventuele meerprijzen hangen samen met de gekozen bevestiging of accessoires en worden duidelijk weergegeven bij het selecteren van opties.

This card is designed for situations where you are temporarily unable to respond and bystanders need clear, appropriate instructions — regardless of diagnosis, disability or support aids.
Suitable for a wide range of situations such as medical conditions, cognitive impairments, dementia, epilepsy, neurodivergence, anxiety or stress responses, and other invisible disabilities. With or without an assistance dog.

With this product, we determine together:

Attachment & accessories
You choose how the card is worn or attached.
Available options and any additional costs are automatically shown when you select an option.
Some attachment methods require additional finishing (such as a metal ring).
If you choose an ID holder, this additional step is not required.
