Upon receipt of your request, we will send you an acknowledgment of receipt by email as soon as possible. We will then assess your request based on applicable laws and regulations and inform you about the further processing.

When can you exercise the right of withdrawal?

When purchasing products via our webshop, in many cases you have the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days without giving reasons. The statutory cooling-off period starts on the day after you have received the product.

Exceptions

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to some products. This is the case for, among others:

• personalized or custom-made products;

• products manufactured specially according to your wishes;

• other exceptions as referred to in the applicable legislation.

We will assess whether your order is covered by the right of withdrawal upon receipt of your request.
