You don’t have to do anything extra. Every valid order during the promotion period automatically participates.

This promotion is organised by Superheldenhulphond®.

The promotion starts on 1 February 2026 and runs until 30 April 2026, subject to extension.

With every paid order placed during this period, the customer automatically receives one raffle ticket with a unique ticket number.

Free products and orders consisting only of free products are excluded from participation.

Draw and announcement

• The draw will take place after the end of the promotion period.

• A small (online) live moment will be organised for the draw. The date will be announced later via the website.

• The winning ticket numbers will always be officially published on the Superheldenhulphond® website.

• No personal notification will be sent.

• Participants are responsible for checking the results themselves.

Possible extension

• Due to a possible move or other organisational circumstances, Superheldenhulphond® may decide to extend the promotion period and/or the draw.

• In that case, this will be communicated exclusively via the Superheldenhulphond® website.

Claiming your prize

• Winners must contact Superheldenhulphond® themselves by email, stating their winning ticket number, to claim their prize.

• Prizes can be claimed until 30 June 2026, or until a later date if the promotion is extended.

• Prizes that are not claimed within this period will expire.

Other

• No correspondence will be entered into regarding the results.

• Prizes are not exchangeable for cash and not transferable.

• The prizes are provided free of charge. Any shipping costs for sending the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

• Superheldenhulphond® reserves the right to modify the promotion, its duration or its conditions if circumstances make this necessary.
